Returns and guarantees
RETURNS
Before confirming an order, you have the option to remove unwanted items from your shopping cart. If you wish to cancel an order whose order has already been confirmed, and before receiving our email notifying you that your order is ready to be shipped, you can contact us and inform us that you wish to cancel the order.
We do not refund money, we give you the possibility of exchanging it for another item or we generate a discount code with the value of the order.
If the delivery process has already started, you can proceed to return it once you have received it.
It will have a maximum period of 14 days from the delivery date. (Regulated by the law of 1/15/96 No. 7/1996).
Before making the return, the customer must contact Toque Profesional by email or phone (info@toqueprofesional.com / +34 (658) 04-15-96) to be able to present your case and specify the solution and instructions for the correct return by our customer service staff.
Return period: 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
The shipping costs of the initial order will not be refunded, and the shipping costs for the return by mail will be borne by the customer. Return products must be returned in perfect condition and properly protected, as well as with all their accessories, instructions and documentation.
In accordance with the law, returns will not be accepted for products intended for hair hygiene that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or that have been unsealed.
Returns for merchandise damaged in transport or by error:
The product is damaged by transport: in this case it is necessary to make the claim to Toque Profesional within 24 hours of receiving the order.
The product does not correspond to what was ordered: in this case the claim must be made within 72 hours of receiving the order.
GUARANTEE
1. All new machines will have the warranty offered by the manufacturer and detailed in the documentation attached to the machine. Generally, the warranty covers a period of two years from the date of receipt of the machine.
2. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and defective parts (specified according to each supplier in the aforementioned documentation). Wear parts not included.
3. EXCLUSIONS FROM THE WARRANTY: It is excluded from coverage, and therefore the buyer will be responsible for the cost of the hours of repair, transportation and displacement, in the following cases:
Breakdowns caused by misuse.
Breakdowns caused by manipulation of the machine.
Interventions due to lack of maintenance.
Aesthetic wear caused by use.
The application of inappropriate chemical products or accumulation of residues caused by lack of cleaning.
